Providers can now use Services Australia’s Aged Care Provider Portal (ACPP) to manage more administrative functions for Support at Home, residential aged care and transition care, including:
- submitting additional aged care forms
- completing a wider range of tasks
- uploading supporting evidence for ‘Late Reporting of Care Recipient Events’
- uploading documents under a new category ‘Document lodgement authorised by Services Australia’
- updating ‘A’ user contact details.
