Aged Care Provider Portal update

Providers can now use Services Australia’s Aged Care Provider Portal (ACPP) to manage more administrative functions for Support at Home, residential aged care and transition care, including:

  • submitting additional aged care forms
  • completing a wider range of tasks
  • uploading supporting evidence for ‘Late Reporting of Care Recipient Events’
  • uploading documents under a new category ‘Document lodgement authorised by Services Australia’
  • updating ‘A’ user contact details.
